1. Acceptance

By accessing calc.staffixhr.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides free informational calculators for Indian payroll and income-tax estimation. Results are estimates for educational purposes only. They are not, and must not be construed as, professional tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

3. No advice, no guarantee

• We make no representation that the calculations are complete or current. Statutory rates change periodically; the Site reflects rates as of the "Last updated" date shown in the footer.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any output against an authorised source (your employer's HR department, a Chartered Accountant, the Income Tax Department portal, EPFO/ESIC) before relying on it for any filing, contractual, or financial decision.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, mirror, or redistribute the calculator code or content without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial review
• Upload viruses, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or interfere with another user's access
• Misrepresent the Site as endorsed by any government or regulatory body

5. Intellectual property

All code, formulas as expressed in code, written content, layout, graphics, and trademarks on the Site are owned by StafFixHR Strategies & Software Solutions or our licensors. The underlying statutory rules (PF Act, ESI Act, IT Act, etc.) are public domain; our specific implementation, structuring, and presentation are not.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StafFixHR, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the Site
• Errors or omissions in any calculation
• Reliance on calculator output for any decision, including but not limited to tax filings, salary negotiations, retirement planning, loan applications, or financial planning
• Third-party content or advertising shown on the Site

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to any user is capped at ₹100 (rupees one hundred only).

7. Third-party links and ads

The Site may display third-party advertisements (Google AdSense or similar) and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StafFixHR harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Site.

9. Modifications

We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes are reflected by bumping the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and you consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objection thereto. No other court, tribunal, arbitrator, or forum (whether in India or elsewhere) shall have jurisdiction over such disputes.

11. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
